Griffin Personnel processes Sensitive Personal Data only if required to comply with legal obligations or with your consent. Griffin Personnel processes personal information about individuals who work for the companies with whom Griffin Personneldo business as necessary: To establish and maintain a business relationship with the company.

Griffin Personnel may disclose personal information obtained from our business partners as needed to further the objective of the business relationship. These disclosures may be made to other Griffin Personnel legal entities, job candidates, and other business partners, subcontractors who perform services on our behalf, and where Griffin Personnel are otherwise required to do so, e.g. ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction. The username and password you select will not be distributed to any Griffin Personnel staff or third parties and will be protected.

How can I keep my Registration Information Up-to-Date?
You can update the registration information you have provided to us by following the update procedure included in the registration section of the website. If you update your information, the new information will replace the old registration information we have stored on Griffin Personnel's internal system. However, if you have previously submitted a curriculum vitae (CV), you should resubmit an up-dated CV as well as updating your registration information on Griffin Personnel's website as Griffin Personnel may not check that the information you entered on the web site and the information in your CV are consistent. Note that Griffin Personnel may implement a system that allows us to check that changes to your registration information on Griffin Personnel's website are reflected in the other information Griffin Personnel may keep in the records discussed under the heading 'Curriculum Vitae' below. By registering with Griffin Personnel, you agree to this possible use of your registration information.

What will Griffin Personneldo with my Curriculum Vitae?
The Griffin Personnelweb site allows you to submit your CV to Griffin Personnel either with your Registration details or directly by email to an Griffin Personnel consultant in response to a particular job offered on the site. Your CV will be stored on Griffin Personnel's internal computer system. Access to the Griffin Personnel computer system is password protected.
Once Griffin Personnel has obtained your CV, Griffin Personnel will enter summaries of the information contained in your CV to create a record about you on our internal computer system. Griffin Personnel may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on Griffin Personnel's internal computer system will be information that is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process.
Griffin Personnel will not send your CV to organisations with vacancies for which you may be appropriate without your express consent. However, Griffin Personnel may send a profile of your skills and experience to organisations selected by Griffin Personnel. The profile would be created from your CV and other written or verbal information you have provided, but would not have any identifying information about you such as your name, contact details or the names of your previous employers. Griffin Personnel understands that if you have a rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above.
